We’ve built many homes in the Wakatipu area and know what it takes to manage your new build to exceed your desired outcome. Get in touch early in your design stage, as we might be able to offer advice to create efficiencies and help with budgeting.

Renovations

Experience matters here, We’ve renovated occupied homes with minimal fuss, and between guest bookings for short stay accommodation to maintain income continuity. Investor? Add value, gain financial leverage and buy another rental! We understand the system and want to work with your specific goals.

Odd Jobs

Smaller jobs, maintenance, fencing decks etc. all give us an opportunity to show why we are good at what we do. Our availability can dissipate pretty quickly so if you need a smaller job done then get in touch soon.

I was born in Ashburton, and did my apprenticeship in Auckland before moving south again. I have been building in Queenstown for the last 12 years, and I stand by the professional work of our construction company.
